xfstests: failed to build with glibc 2.27

With glibc 2.27, emerge-samus xfstests

I got 
stat_test.c:251: error: undefined reference to 'major'

xfstests: use TOT source

This uses the TOT source to build xfstests to make it builds with
glibc 2.27
