Font size of candidates is too big

Version 69.0.3494.0(Official build) canary (32-bit)
Platform 10888.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard, e.g Pinyin.
2.Type something to make candidates&Down-arrow icon display.
3.Expanded candidates.


Actual result:
2.1&3.1 Font size of candidates is too big.

Note:
Seems more serious for A11y keyboard.
