Truncation for Caps lock key for New changed UI

Chrome os :
69.0.3494.0 10888.0.0 canary-channel bob 

Input tools version: 
9999.0.20180715.2046765f58

Steps:
1.Switch to any keyboard with Caps lock key 
2.Check its UI

Actual:
Truncation repro 

Note:
Also repro for A11y layout ,and some other keys also repro truncation in floating window and HW panel ,e.g.  ?123 key in hw panel

please verify in the next version.
Change the key name to "Caps". 
When it's in Caps lock state, it turn to "CAPS"

Check it  in 70.0.3501.0 ,10908.0.0 canary-channel bob,
input tools version: 
9999.0.20180720.205380800

Key name is still <caps lock>  when it is in caps lock state,
and truncation issue has been fixed in this version;
