One more controls and no useful

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome
2. The upper left corner in homepage

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
in homepage one more controls i think that is switch bug when i click it , didn't work, it looks like a bug

I have the same issue - it is linked to my google account somehow - if I log out and reinstall it disappears. soon as I log back in to my account in chrome it reappears
