Failed on my local device:
cheets_BackupTest
cheets_CameraOrientation
cheets_CameraSuspendResume

Passed on my local device:
cheets_CacheValidationServer
cheets_PlayStoreTest

The failed test suites seem to have different root causes. There may be no one cause.

 Issue 874681  has been merged into this issue.

Tested locally a few.

cheets_Notification: passed successfully.
cheets_CameraOrientation: passed successfully.
cheets_CameraSuspendResume: Flaky (second try passed successfully).

in builder longs, cheets_CameraOrientation has never passed on Sona and Sona only.  Running this locally passed so there is some inconsistency - do we suspect this being test flakiness or something that's specific to Sona?

Making this P2 as it's not blocking the FSI.
