Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. connect external monitor and put resolution into 1920x1080p

What is the expected behavior?
HD screen with normal color

What went wrong?
Screen is washed out with nearly illegible font and picture. I have to put my screen at a lower resolution to obtain normal screen color, but my monitor is supposed to fully support full HD at 1080p.

Did this work before? Yes the stable build

switched from stable to developer channel and it not does not work correctly with external monitor.
