winky-release: autoupdate_rollback failing

winky-release is constantly failing with: RootFSUpdateError: Failed to install device image using payload at http://100.115.219.136:8082/update/winky-release/R69-XXX.0.0 on chromeos4-row3-rack13-host7. : command execution error

specific error message:

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
Winky is passing now, so I don't think this needs to be investigated?
