What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play video
2. Right click on video
3. Select "Picture-in-Picture"

What is the expected result?

The video plays in the Picture-in-Picture window.

What happens instead of that?

The video switches so Picture-in-Picture mode but the video doesn't play in the window.
