1. Play video
2. Go in Picture-in-Picture
3. Close the Picture-in-Picture window
4. Resume the video
2. Go to another tab (background the playing video)
3. Wait a few seconds
4. Go back to tab

What is the expected result?

Video is playing as usual

What happens instead of that?

Video plays but frame are not updating.
