Right now, if MediaLauncherActivity receives an intent for a video codec it cannot handle, it will open the custom tab, which will try to download the file since it cannot play it. Instead, we want to show some sort of error to say we cannot play it (ideally by still sticking the uri into the video element and showing the video element's error, but this may complicate the relationship with CCT too much?)
