When the user scrolls / closes windows outside of Switch Access, the focus ring remains in place even as the element that has focus moves.

While this is not urgent, as the primary use case for Switch Access is that it's the only input method used, it is still desired for focus rings to behave properly if someone changes the UI with traditional input methods (e.g. if someone is helping the primary user with their chromebook)
