oliverjash@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 and Windows 10 on the reported version 67.0.3396.99 and the latest Canary 69.0.3493.0 by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and navigated to a webpage. 2. Opened Devtools and clicked on Performance tab. 3. Clicked on the record button and performance is recorded. 4. Clicked on the Network tab and could observe that the timing is recorded. Should these two values be compared to reproduce the issue? Attached is the screen cast of the steps followed. Request you to please check and confirm if this issue seen or if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to provide a screen cast of the steps followed which will help in further triaging. Thanks..
