news.google.com loads with wider viewport during history navigation

Make sure "Use Slim Navigation Manager" flag is on.

Open a new tab.
Navigate to "news.google.com".
Hit back and forward.

At least 50% of the time, news.google.com is loaded with much wider viewport. I have to scroll left and right.
