From our discussion in Speed Services: dropping the bot from perf waterfall means we no longer care about alerts from this config, we can drop support immediately and WontFix any outstanding performance regression bugs.

I do think that perf sheriffs will still try to run bisects, which will fail, and they will file bugs that go to me, so maybe it's still better to wait a few weeks. I've set the NextAction a month from now.
