[VR Browsing] Closed Captioning menu on YT videos allows multiple check boxes to be selected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter VR Browsing and go to m.youtube.com
(2) Fullscreen the video.
(3) Select the video control menu and choose Captions
(4) Select one language, then select another.

What is the expected result? 1. I think the CC language menu should auto-close when a language is selected. 2. You should only be able to select one check box at a time. 

What happens instead? 1. The menu stays open until user clicks outside of it. 2. multiple languages are shown as selected. See screenshot.

This is a weird one. We don't really have control over those menus, but it looks like the UI is either slow to respond or loses the event altogether. Maybe related to issue 865769?
