Non-Regression Flickering is seen at bottom corners of ubertray while expanding/collapsing the ubertray in Minnie device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Rotate the device to horizontal/vertical style
(2)Open ubertray >>Expand/collapse ubertray and observe ubertray at bottom corner edges

Actual:Flickering is seen at bottom corners of ubertray while expanding/collapsing the ubertray
Expected:No flickering should be seen at bottom corners of ubertray while expanding/collapsing the ubertray

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-69
