What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> In sign-in screen, enter some random name in email field and keep tabbing until focus reaches email field and try deleting/entering/anything and observe

Actual: While tabbing grey focus is seen on email field and its not editable
Expected: No such issue should be seen and email field should be editable while tabbing

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M62 stable

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
       Issue is also seen on M63, M64, M65, M66, M67 and M68
