dragging the text from one input to another and then pressing ctrl+z makes first input value inaccessible

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/67.0.3396.99 Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. drag text from one input to another
2. press ctrl+z
3. submit a form or get values of inputs via javascript

What is the expected behavior?
first input's .value is the same as seen in ui

What went wrong?
both inputs values are '', though visually the first input is not empty

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04

Confirmed, can reproduce. If you modify the input afterwards it works correctly. Doesn't look like Undo updates the value in the form perhaps?

This is horrible and happens in Windows version as well.
