What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download a PDF file and copy it to "My Drive"
(2) Open Files app
(3) Double-click the pdf file to view it in browser tab.

What is the expected result?
We can view the PDF file in a browser tab.

What happens instead?
Chrome is activated, but the tab shows "Aw, Snap!".


I'm not sure when this was regressed, or what component was regressed (Files app? Drive backend? PDF preview?)

I see error logs in /var/log/ui/ui.LATEST
