There is currently the ability to set a dedicated switch to open the SwitchAccess options page. However, that switch only successfully opens the page if the chrome browser is already open. If there is no chrome window open, the switch does nothing.

Either the switch should open Chrome if it's not already open, or the dedicated switch should be removed.
