Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3493.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: The rendering threading model is completely broken in the last few versions. Whenever I open up new tabs with lots of content to render, it freezes up the entire process. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Rendering a webpage is done on the same thread as what's used to switch tabs and general make the browser feel responsive. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3493.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

See https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/trace-event-profiling-tool/recording-tracing-runs Also check the chrome://version page - maybe you're running the dcheck/debug build. I don't know of you can opt out of this like we could with SyzyASan canary.

As in comment #5, a .json file has been provided which won't be possible to triage from TE-end. Hence, requesting someone from Platform>DevTools>Memory to please help us in further triaging of the issue. Hence, adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team. Thanks...!!
