Kevin: Crostini/Linux is not installing

Chrome OS Version: 10885.0.0
Chrome OS Platform: Kevin
Network info: Wifi

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Install above chromeos image using stick.
(2) go to chrome://settings/?search=linux
(3) install Linux

Expected Result:
-- No issues

Actual Result:
-- Not installing, "Error installing Linux"

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always

This was working in 69.0.3486.0/10866.1.0.

This is blocking a critical M69 Dev release. Please triage / assign / escalate.  And take steps to ensure it's captured in our test suite.  Thanks

Per dgreid the CL with the fix is:

Confirming that this CL first appears in Chrome OS 10888.0.0
