Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. highlight a portion of the url in the address bar including the https/http part
2. press cmd+c to copy or right-click -> copy
3. open new tab, paste in copied address

What is the expected behavior?
Only the selected text should be copied

What went wrong?
the entire address is copied including the part that was not highlighted to copy.  If you do not include the https in the highlighted copy portion, it correctly only copies the highlighted portion of the address. including the https portion copies the entire address bar including the non-selected portion.
