No script previews could record data savings later since it is moved to PLM

Issue description

We should evaluate if moving to a later event (complete, app background, tab hidden, etc.) would make more sense now that the data savings is recorded in PLM.

Looks like no action needed here - metrics are recorded in OnComplete() and FlushMetricsOnAppEnterBackground() in PreviewsPageLoadMetricsObserver
