all versions with split screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to split screen with two chrome windows
2. Navigate to a website 
3. Try to resize the split ratio

What is the expected result?
Allows me to resize

What happens instead of that?
Does not allow me to shrink websites, no matter which website it is.
