Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Play Store and click on any app 
2. Pressing the back button with ChromeOS window controls in top left does nothing
3. Switching the device to tablet mode and pressing the back button by the app launcher also does nothing

What is the expected behavior?
The button should work as the back button on the keyboard, navigating to the previous page in the app 

What went wrong?
The button does nothing
