Only happens when the signin promo is visible. Might be a constraints issue.

This looks like an issue with MDC Collections. I've seen it in the old settings UI as well as in other apps. Moving to P2. I don't expect that we will fix this, and instead will end up moving to either MDC Lists or UITableView.

FYI, I've fixed a similar issue for password page in settings in this cl: 1250921. I made a subclass of the MDC component to avoid messing up other components. |
