Most of these seem to be either app-specific or printer provider.  Updating labels and cc'ing tbarzic@ as owner of the printer provider API.

this doesn't seem to be printer provider API specific (and seems to be related to ShellApiTest in general).

benwells, do you have time to take a look at these?

There seems to be some problem with this bot / extension tests. I don't think it is app || printer specific (e.g. DnsApiTest). All tests on the shard failed, e.g. see https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=3eefeb2789c85910&refresh=10&show_raw=1

Issue 632075 looks related.

This suite is pretty flaky. I don't see any obvious common issues either. Then again I don't know the code.
