Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Install and Launch chrome.
  2.  Go to https://www.rushlane.com/hit-and-run-accident-victims-compensation-india-12273843.html
  3. Play the video.
  4. Tap on fullscreen.

Observed results:
Your browser doesn't support full screen pop is displayed

Expected results:
Video should go to full screen.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : Works fine : Firefox : Yes
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build : No in M68 in iOS 12
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build : No in M69 in iOS 12

pmadalla@ could you please clarify which OS's this is failing on? And also in which other browsers is failing, it might be a good idea to file a bug to Youtube. Does this reproduces on M68? Only on iOS11 and not iOS12?

euggenbut@ could you PTAL, it might also be an issue from our side related to Glue.

Issue is seen in iOS 10.3.3,11.4.1 and iOS 12.

Issue is also observed in firefox browser as well.

issue can be reproduced in M68 and M67stable build. 

Will file the bug to youtube and update the bug here.

Does this repro in Chrome for iOS with Safari user agent?

Issue is seen even after enabling safari User agent from experimental settings.

Sure will do, thanks! Venu can hyd team please review this and follow up accordingly? If still happening we can file a bug against youtube and link to it from here, otherwise, this can be closed.

Issue is repro on latest chrome beta version 72.0.3626.65.  Checked on iPad mini with iOS 12.1.3
