Precondition :
1- Sign in to chrome.

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch Chrome in Portrait mode.
  2.  Tap on Menu > Tap on Bookmarks
  3.  Change the device orientation to landscape mode.
  4.  Change the device orientation back to Portrait mode.
 
Observed results: 
Bookmark text disappears beside the omnibox.

Expected results: 
Bookmark text should not disappear.
