Chrome in some cases, image objects can not get Tu across domains.

Reported by guowei1...@gmail.com, Jul 17

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add html image tag
2. Add a photo editing page in chrome using the vue-cropper component
3. Using JS to trigger picture editing
4. Check to see if the image is not loaded into the page and report a cross-domain error in the console
5. Some images are not loaded, some images are loaded

What is the expected behavior?
It's either loaded or it's not loaded

What went wrong?
The results of cross domain image loading, JS image object and Chrome security control work together.

Did this work before? No
