1.Adding a "Browse Images" Option to the Wallpaper Picker
2.Designating a Folder somewhere within The Chrome OS for Custom Wallpapers
3.

What is the expected result?
Being allowed to add custom images to use as a wallpaper

What happens instead of that?
"No Images Available" is shown
