Regression: Unwanted border frame traces are seen in the middle of playstore window in overview mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open Playstore window and press overview button and observe (Refer screencasts)

Actual: Unnecessary border frame traces are seen in the middle of the window
Expected: No such issues should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 69.0.3486.0/10866.1.0 dev

Issue seems to be working fine on 70.0.3532.8/1105.1.0 dev-channel Paine
