Can not get real width after DOM set width with css Transform scale and zoom in/out

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open https://codepen.io/smallma009/pen/KBzYrz
2. zoom in/out
3. get #test width

What is the expected behavior?
should get real width

What went wrong?
as attachment,  seletor can not get #test full width. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.1

rainlin009@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the reported version 67.0.3396.99 and the latest Canary 69.0.3493 as per the original comment.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M-60 chrome builds.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.
