There are quite a few _loc files in the servo/data directory that were written with the red servo ina adapter in mind.
Those config files can be used with sweetberry by running

and using the output powerlog .board & .scenario files
However, if the config file is supposed to automatically generate .board & .scenario files in addition to .xml files for sweetberry-on-servod support, then they need to be rewritten to conform to the sweetberry format. See servo/data/README.INA.md and README.sweetberry.md for that
This bug is to track any files that go through that transition as this is on a rolling basis whenever the need arises
