Non-Regression: Images in My images section appears blur in Ser Wallpaper overlay

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Take samples screenshots
(2)Open Set Wallpaper overlay >> My images section observe the images

Actual: Images in My images section appears blur
Expected:Images shouldn't appear blur should be seen 

Raising this as a Non-Regression issue, as new UI for Set wallpaper is seen from M-69

This is intended. The blur is a transitional state, just as an animation.
