All browser tabs some times freezed and stucked then loading again and again

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 OPR/54.0.2952.51

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Browser
2. Browse all tabs maximum 3,4 tabs
3. minimize the browser
4. open the browser click each tab

What is the expected behavior?
Should not be stuck and reloading the browsed pages 

What went wrong?
Page is again and again reload and stucked

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 30.0.0

prabujptester@ Thannks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 67.0.3396.99 and the latest Canary 69.0.3495.0 and unable to reproduce the issue.
Could not observe any reloading and freezing of the web pages while clicking on the tabs.

Request you to retry the issue on the issue on a new chrome profile without flags/extensions and udpate the thread with the observations.

Still this issue occurs in Chrome

Specification:
Open many tabs maximum 4,5 and working 5 or 6 Mins other tabs again go to old tab all tabs showing empty without loading.

Can you check chrome://discards/ to see if these tabs are getting discarded (e.g., due to memory pressure)?

@alex I checked chrome://discards/ i am not seeing memory pressure but some tabs are freeze and again and again reloading see the video and Screeshot.

Unable to reproduce the issue on win-10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest canary #72.0.3581.0.

prabujptester@ - Could you please upgrade chrome to latest stable #69.0.3497.100 and please let us know if the issue still persists or not.
