Crostini app icons flicker when searching in Terminal

Chrome version: 69.0.3491.0

Repro steps:
1. Install Crostini & a graphical app (eg. VS Code)
2. Open Launcher and search for graphical app

Expected: As you type, app icon stays consistent
Actual: As you type each character, the app's icon is briefly replaced with the generic penguin icon before flickering back

Android apps have the same issue since most of the code is the same. Will have a look to see if we can do better (I think we load the icons from disk each keypress...)
