Connect external monitor and switch to clone mode,the external monitor display show gary(no clear).

Assuming "Clone" = "mirror", I could not repro on a Coral (also assuming Coarl is Coral) device running Chrome 71.

Might be a dupe of issue 920623?

Would be nice to have more details from the user, E.g. external display model, resolution used to mirror, type of cable connected, etc.
