We need to implement support for larger models that will be downloaded on-demand or automatically after an update. (Small important models can be installed on the system root at build time and this is already taken care of.)

This is the overall tracking issue for downloadable models.
The first stage is to research the capabilities and processes for the new DLC system (we previously planned to use component updater).
