display issue after changed screens and resumed mac

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. dual monitor 
2. unplug other monitor
3. close laptop
4. re-open

What is the expected behavior?
regular display

What went wrong?
resized wrong, display weird

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.5

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 using Mac 10.13.5. Unable to provide screen-cast as we are having different screen size.
Steps: 
---------
1. Enabled Multi monitor setup
1. Launched reported chrome 
3. Unplugged other monitor and closed laptop & Re-opened
As we are able see regular display on chrome

@Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.
