[Remoting Android] Touch events handled on both the host and the client

Project Member Reported by yuweih@chromium.org, Jul 16

Issue description

App Version: ToT
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect to a Windows 10 host
(2) Open Chrome from the host and open a web page
(3) Switch to touch input mode on the client
(4) Do a two-finger pinch on the page

What is the expected result?

The desktop is zoomed in on the screen while the web page is not zoomed in on Chrome.

What happens instead?

Both the desktop and the web page on Chrome are zoomed in.

Apparently what happens is that touch events are interpreted as a pinch locally and triggered a zoom on the desktop, and the events are also sent to the host and get interpreted by Chrome on the host side.

We should fix this before our next release.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this on ToT now. AJ could you try to reproduce this on the latest build of the app? If you can't then I'd change this bug to WontFix..
