parallel download pauses sometimes

This is with the trunk build, sometimes the download just stalls after more than 50%, and can no longer continue, network service is disabled.

ok, this seems has nothing to do with parallel download, something wrong at the network layer.

to repro, go to https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download and click on the 20MB file to download.

The netlog is attached, using curl to save the file is fine, always download the file to 20MB. 

But when using chrome, it ends after 10MB.

There's a ~10 MB file in the cache.  So nothing to go on here - think you need to clear your cache and try again.

qinmin@: could you please clear your cache retry the downloading? Let us know if you are still have issues with the downloading.

Clearing the cache and restart browser seems to fixed the issue. No idea how it will ends up only 10MB in cache though
