[Media Router] Wired display presentation shows white screen, dialog freezes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/presentation-api/
(2) Select Cast..., choose a wired display (secondary monitor), press Cast

What is the expected result?

Presentation begins, "Hello World" appears on secondary display

What happens instead?

1. White screen appears on secondary display
2. Cast Views dialog shows casting has begun - however the UI becomes unresponsive and a beachball appears on and off
3. After 5-10 seconds UI becomes unfrozen and I can stop casting

Brandon can you try reproducing with the Web UI? If not it's an MRP issue

This doesn't repro with the Web UI for me, although it does use the wrong monitor (it used to work but may be specific to my WM nonetheless).
