Deleting Linux is going infinite loop

Issue description

Chrome Version: 69.0.3486.0
Chrome OS Version: 10866.1.0
Chrome OS Platform: Kevin, Eve
Network info: Wifi

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Install crostini
(2) Observe Terminal icon in app menu
(3) Logout device and login back
(4) Open chrome://settings/?search=linux
(5) Open Terminal
(6) While Terminal is loading, delete Linux.
(7) Observe behavior


Expected Result:
-- Linux will be deleted.

Actual Result:
-- As shown in screenshot in feedback report, it is going infinite loop and not deleting linux.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
