Description:
Customer uses PEAP network for enrollment process, providing username/password manually. After enrolling, device receives policy with other credentials, but still uses manually entered and there seems to be no way to make it "forget" those. I suspect that WAI, but need confirmation and then it might be FR for some way to change that behavior (I'm not sure what the best way to do that)


Steps to reproduce: 
1) setup a PEAP network at device level with Username and password. 
2) Enroll the Chromebook and use any other username (other than the one used on the Admin console) to authenticate with Radius server. 
3) Upon enrollment, attempt to connect to the managed network 

Current Behavior / Reproduction: 
Network uses manually-entered credentials

Expected Behavior: 
Credentials are overrided by policy
