Fullscreened video has white bar on side

Chrome Version: 68.0.3440.40
OS: Android 8.1.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to YouTube video
(2) Enter full screen

What is the expected result?
Video spans entire screen

What happens instead?
Unclickable white bar on the side of the screen appears. The video is fitted into the rest of the screen.

This doesn't repro on Canary... do we need to merge back into 68?
