[PIP] Video doesn't span entire PiP window

Chrome Version: 68.0.3440.40
OS: Android 8.1.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to YouTube video
(2) Auto-pip

What is the expected result?
Video spans entire PiP window.

What happens instead?
Video appears as a subset of the PiP window.

This doesn't repro on Canary... do we need to merge back into 68?

I'm not aware of any change specific to auto-pip that made it into 69. Is this bug consistent?

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
No longer reproduceable -- tested on Chrome 68.0.3440.70.
