What is the expected behavior?
The apps MAY be slow but should not block the whole system from operating when crashing

What went wrong?
Calendar, Slack, other android apps frequently "stop responding" leading to a frozen system

The only way to un-freeze is to switch to console with ctrl-alt-F2 and do a manual kill of the process
