Chrome slow to load any page Citrix XenApp 7.6

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Page loads without delay

What went wrong?
Page does not open quickly This only occurs in most recent versions. Version 66 this works properly. 

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 66

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 67 and up  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I assume "most recent versions" means M67, and it worked M66.
Have you contacted your IT admin or someone who's managing Citrix XenApp?

We cannot take any actions without reproduction on our (Chromium developer)
side, and it is hard to analyze the issue with given info.

Do you see any errors in the developer tools console?
Or could you take a look in the devtools about what is taking so long
time (e.g. loading some resource)?
If possible, it is best if you can see what is different from M66 (working
version).
